There can be no doubt that Revision energy has provided an exceptional product for our newly constructed home. From the initial sales contact through design, site implementation, commissioning, and follow-up, the experience has been fabulous.<br /><br />Being a Builder by trade, I seek a high level of professionalism in vendors. ReVision has a unique business model that brings highly motivated and determined individuals to the field. This particular project is a home for my wife and I. On site crews were knowledgeable and customer friendly. Customer service is both proactive and reactive at all levels and in all departments. <br /><br />We had a small aesthetic issue with the roof layout. Before I could point it out, a site foreman noted same and relayed this to both myself and the scheduling department for attention. Despite nasty winter weather the crew returned and repelled into place for a daylong re-alignment at no charge to us. This echelon of service is rare these days. I hold hope that other companies will seek the level of commitment noted in the entire ReVision Team. <br /><br />We are on the docket for a Heat Pump Installation with Revision also and look forward to many years of green living and low energy costs!
