Boston Solar made everything very easy and were very professional throughout the entire process. They worked with our schedule for appointments and the installation. We worked with Joseph, Mali, Bill and Tom. Joseph came to our home and answered our all of our questions and got the ball rolling. Mali was the project coordinator and whenever we had questions or concerns she was quick to respond. The installation was done in a day and the snow guards were put on a different day. The installers were very nice and made sure everything was done according to the plan. Tom coordinated the appointment with the town inspector (who had to approve the installation) and set it up so we could all meet to keep things moving along. This was a bit tricky and needed to be rescheduled a few times with all of the snow storms/power outages we had in March!!! (Town inspectors do not necessarily work all day so this can hold things up a bit). Once the inspection was done, Eversource came 3 business days later to change our meter and alerted Mali right away when it was all set. Mali was then able to turn on the system remotely! I got an email saying we were "energized" while I was at work! Lastly, Tom came to go over the system in detail and to answer any questions we had.<br /><br />Another note: we opted to purchase our panels and we used the Sungage mortgage company which was all done conveniently online! This company was recommended by Boston Solar. I would like to point out that the mortgage company is not charging us interest on the portion of the loan that we will get back from rebates, etc. after we file our taxes next year. They assume we will pay that portion of the loan within a reasonable time after we file our taxes.
