Horrible company

Where the installation went wrong was they only sent 2 guys and when they sent them I was not home so i could not give them the access they needed. and then when they scheduled it to where i could be there. I took a Paid vacation day to be there and when they arrived again they only had 2 people there and they had no idea of what they had to do on the inside of the house so I wasted a vacation day to be there, so then the next day they came and told me they did not need to be in the house and they started the installation on the outside a Month later they said everything was done and when i got home EVERYTHING was uneven and they drilled into my gutter to have a ground wire run thru they used tar to keep the wire stick to the roof and zip tied it to the gutter running down the side of my house. and when i saw that I took pictures of everything and sent it to <br />Maximo which he then called me and had them resend them out and had a manager come out and when they came out I was not home and they said oh everything looked fine, but when I got home I noticed that NOTHING had been done, I called Maximo back and they said that everything was fine and did not need to fix anything. I told them That i did Not want those installers to come back to my house but I wanted someone else to come out so the Head of the contracting company came out to my house and when he arrived he was Shocked at the poor workmanship that was displayed and he had to take EVERYTHING down and when he got the panels down he noticed the wire that was used was the WRONG wire causing him to have to take all the panels down and go back to the ware house to get it and that took a week so our panels where just laying on the ground for a week. then he came back and reinstalled the panels with the right wire and he "fixed" the gutter by just patching it so i still have a hole in my seemless gutters that are now not so seam less and by then i was done fighting with the guy to get the gutter fixed. I sent a message with a picture to Maximo with a picture of how they "fixed it" but they never said anything back to the picture message. So after about 2 months of installation which should have took 2 days it was finally done.
