Have overall been pleased with the service and production. Glad I got system when we did as RMP keeps trying to change our rates and at this point grandfathered in at previous rates. Not sure they will stick. Inter-mountain seems committed to continuing the fight as it greatly affects them. I like the dashboard that allows me the ability to monitor the system and at this point when the monitoring has gone down because of internet communication failure when I reset it, the past production is reported and preserved.
