We have received great service from Blue Raven Solar; from Carl, our sales agent to the 3 gentlemen installing our system. Blue Raven handled all of the paperwork for us through the city and the power company, so we didn't have to. The company has kept us updated through email and text throughout the entire process from paperwork to installation and scheduling appointments for inspections. The installation crew was friendly, punctual, efficient, and informative. There was no waiting all day for a phone call or no show - the appt was at 8am, and they were here at 750am. From gathering and setting up their tools, to loading back up in their trailer, the installation took about 5 hrs, and the lead on the project kept me up to speed as they progressed and even showed me how to use the new electrical AC/DC converters and pointed out the new breaker in our panel. We're excited for the next steps of the process - city and electric company inspections (again, scheduled by Blue Raven, we dont have to do anything!).
