I have been a customer of Solar-Ray for one month now and I am very satisfied with my experience so far. The customer service, Dennis Aguado (sales representative) and the technicians that came to my house, were nice, professional, and knowledgeable. They arrived on time and only took one day to complete the project. Also, I was given great in-service knowledge for maintenance of the system. I believe they are reasonable priced for the product (we shall see in the years to come).My only present complaint is that the panels are not too aesthetically pleasing. Solar-Ray has delivered on its promises.
