Needs replacement

The inverter threw several error codes when first powered on. The installer had to take a look at it and contact the company. They did some remote software updates but it is still not behaving correctly during emergency shutdown. Ultimately, we need to have the inverter replaced. Thankfully, for now, it is working correctly after being fully powered up, so we aren't losing any solar production.
