The guys at Sol R Us - Chris and Jeremy - treated us with outstanding customer service even though (I assume) our job was small (only 16 panels). They prepared detailed quotes and projections, met with us in person twice to answer questions and seal the deal, and have been responsive in person and via email about how to operate our system. The installation was on-time and fast ... I wish I could say that about other contractors we are dealing with. The system looks great, is working great, and I can't wait for our first PG&E bill with net energy metering.
