I did a lot of research and talked to many solar companies before deciding who to work with. I wanted to make sure that the company not only had the best products and installers, but that they would be there for me in the future should I have any issues. My experience with Renova was fantastic from my initial consult to the after install follow-ups. I have had the system now for almost a year and it is producing as promised ++ and I feel the system that I was advised on was the perfect size for our home and its electrical needs. There are a few really great solar distributors/installers in the desert, but I ultimately went with Renova for a few reasons that made them stand out from their peers. The first is their competitive lease prices (they were the best deal at the time), and second was the quality solar consultant who was my representative, Michael Cordero. His expertise in the solar industry gave me confidence that I was getting the best product and quality system for my needs. I never felt pressured to work with Renova, and unlike other reps I spoke with, he never spoke badly about competitors. Lastly, the communication with anyone at Renova was excellent. The entire process was very transparent, on time and seamless. The team of installers was also top-notch and very respectful. We love that the panels can not be seen from the street and the work & panel upgrade was done professionally. And the team never left a mess at the end of the day! Renova knows the needs of the desert and I believe they work really hard to maintain a level of service that their clients can stand behind.
