My system was one of the first for Auric in Portland OR. Zach did a great job explaining the proposal and organizing the paperwork. David did a super job with the engineering and planning and he and Andrew worked tirelessly with the city to get the permitting done. The install went smoothly and they were very responsive to my questions and concerns. I appreciated their care working in my home and the extra effort they made to restore the insulation in the attic. System works well. Good follow-up and support from Auric. Highly recommended.
