Freedom Solar was great to work with from the start. Our sales rep John was professional and approachable and had prepared the best presentation of any of the 5 companies we spoke with. He was very open about numbers and details and allowed time to research and interview competitors without the pressure that some sales folks will bring. We felt that what we read and heard about Freedom was better than competing installers and their products (SunPower) were better too. After we decided on Freedom, the handoff to the design and implementation team was handled smoothly and communications were very good. We always had clear expectations for what was happening next and a responsive person to handle any questions. They did a very professional install and took care of small cosmetic things without having to be asked like painting the electrical conduit runs so that it blended in with our house color. Our schedule had a delay getting the system inspected and turned on but this was due to Austin Energy and not Freedom. Overall we are very pleased with working with Freedom Solar - great company and people.
