We were hopeful to have this service within a couple of months, We are now in the fourth month and still no service. the initial steps seem to go well; the loan , the paperwork, and the installation to a point. Then came the communication between the company and our power supplier; firstly, the plans put the wrong supplier , I alerted the company of this error but it did not edit the plans. this delayed the commissioning for the revising. Secondly, for some reason the power supplier did not have the plans and specifications on file, whose side this occurred I do not know. this delayed us for another couple of weeks. <br />Now the loan payment starts and we are still awaiting the commissioning. <br />Thirdly when the power supplier showed up to commission the service the company was not present. So as this scribing we are not commissioned. I could see minor glitches here or there, but I hope that this is not normal or uncorrectable.
