John Black is first a master electrician adept within all standard and solar codes and rules but also fully understanding the theory on which they are (or should be!) based. <br />Client relations and respect have proven to be top notch with everyone on the BP team. A good contractor is a busy contractor but when my job had issues, I heard only of continuing effective actions, never of delays and excuses. <br /> After reviewing detailed proposals from two of the so-called top solar companies I received from BP a better system design for my money than expected, and the city approvals, install and follow-up were even better. The install workmanship and appearance are outstanding. <br /> I have delayed this report until some problems occurred and not surprised that the BP team gives appropriate priority even to just one inverter/panel performing erratically. With one of the big companies, I would not even have the visibility of such problems, much less any assurance whether or when they would be dealt with. I recommended BP to a good friend and he is also delighted with them and with his install.
