The guys that came out to install our solar panels did a great job. I was nervous because I wanted to make sure that they installed everything square and wouldn't drill holes in my house unnecessarily. And they did a fantastic job about that. I was not a fan of the fact that 3 or 4 people already have mentioned to me that my thermostat system is too old to install the smart thermostat they provided, yet every time it was new to the inspectors and to the installers. I wish they would communicate those sorts of things. I got the smart thermostat, but I have to pay someone else to have it installed, I wish they would have let me know beforehand. Small thing in the grand scheme of things, but still a little annoying. Overall, great experience, but I can't give it a 5 star for that annoyance.

Thank you for letting us know that we had a miscommunication about your smart thermostat! Just following up on here to say that we were able to get the thermostat installed at no cost to the customer. I apologize again for the confusion.
