I am a bit biased as this is a company my son works for. My son and the owner of this company have been friends since they were small children.<br /><br />The sales process was painless. I had explored the option about a year ago with my son, but an investment of mine had taken longer than expected to pay out, so the project fell by the wayside. My son was nice enough to keep me up to date about the falling incentives available, so I was able to pull the trigger in 2017 when I found out waiting longer would make the project more expensive. In fact, I did miss out on about $1000 in Austin Energy rebates because it took me awhile to get the ball rolling.<br /><br />The installation process was quick...less than an entire business day. Wells Solar handled all the approvals and permit necessary to get the AE rebate. There was a small problem with one of the panels or some type of electronics behind it, but Wells Solar's good relationship with Austin Energy got the system turned on and Wells Solar replaced the faulty component the next day.<br /><br />Overall I cannot complain about any of the service, even if my son did not work for the company.
