Robert was our salesman and he explained everything very well, with diagrams and always following up with me. Installation was quick and smooth. They worked on my schedule which was very helpful. Tiffany was great at organizing the operation, and always emailing me day and night. After the project was completed NRG sent out Robert to quality control. He made everything very easy to understand. I like the way the panels are installed on my roof, they look very sleek and not too bulky. Looks great on the house.
