I met with several solar companies before choosing Mass Renewables and there's no question I made the right choice. Dianne is very knowledgeable about solar and continued to impress me with her responsiveness. Whenever I had a question (there were quite a few throughout the process), she would always return my call or send an email the same day with a thorough explanation. These are qualities that are hard to find these days.<br /><br />As for the installation, the entire crew was friendly and treated my home as if it were their own. The quality of the installation really sets Mass Renewables apart from other companies. All of the panels are symmetrical with no visible wires or conduit. While there was a slight issue with a few of the panels not producing power the first few days, the team came back to troubleshoot within a week and replaced the faulty hardware. You can tell they truly care about making things right for customers.
