Lease transfer terrible, poor customer service

We moved into a house with a SolarCity lease installation. The purchase process was horrible with a dozen phone calls and constant paperwork. We finally got the lease transferred only to be told our account was "locked" for an unspecified period of time "for your security". We are then told if we want to avoid the $7/mo additional payment fee we have to spend hours waiting for a live human being in the customer support "due to high call volumes". We finally get ahold of someone and we have to give someone all the information necessary for that rep to drain our bank account via an insecure form. After all of that our electric rates keep falling (almost 8% during the past 2 years) but our SolarCity rates keep raising (and will keep rising for another 12 years). If the customer service process was easier and more secure I wouldn't spend time writing this review but for lord sake find someone else for your solar needs. These guys are terrible.
