Our 7.5 kW solar panel system was installed in October of 2017, and we are delighted with the outcome! We had an initial consultation with Evan L. in June of 2017, and we were impressed with his knowledge of the product, his responses to our inquiries, and his explanations regarding how the system works with PSE and Solar Edge monitoring system. The proposal options (3) were detailed, and the Federal and State Subsidies/Incentives were defined. We corresponded back and forth, and installation was scheduled for October. Expectations were well-managed, and communication was excellent with all team members. The four-person installation team led by Travis was very respectful of our property, kind to our sons, and they worked-hard. The end-product is both functional and aesthetically pleasing. Our walk-through with Evan was great. We have already received our rebate check, and Solar Edge results are meeting our expectations. It feels great to know that we are reducing our carbon footprint through this investment. We highly recommend Artisan Electric!
