First: I did not move forward with solar from Solar Spectrum. I am writing this review to praise Jeff Landes. He was the telephone representative who helped me through the explanation of solar and how my build would look and perform through Solar Spectrum. He was amazing, and I'm sure if he was able to, he would have made the concessions to get my business. It was not his fault that he could not. I hope that any of you who call in for solar get Jeff.
