These guys were great returning calls and e-mails, right up to the time they got paid. In my opinion, the service I received once I had issues with the performance of the system is awful. I'm very disappointed in Sullivan Solar. I spent a bunch of money and got little in return. And wow, as I read below, it appears I'm not alone. Beware everyone to receive poor follow up after your system is installed
