Carmen Franks was great to work with. She was very knowledgeable and could quickly answer all our questions and address our concerns. Even after the sales process was completed and we were in the installation phase, Carmen continued to be very responsive and helpful when additional questions / concerns / hiccups came up. (There can be (in fact with contractor / construction business, there usually will be) hiccups in the installation process, so you want a sales rep that understands your concerns and quickly addresses / resolves them...Carmen is that rep.) <br /><br />Carmen was also very good about finding a solution that best met our pricing requirements and production goals. She was quick to find rebates that made solar fit both. The only way we could be any happier would be if the system were free...but it's close enough. The monthly savings on our electric bill is greater than the payment on the system, which has a 25 year warranty. (And it will be paid for in a lot less than 25 years.)
