Do your own homework first. Salesman misrepresented benefits and cost savings which were key issues on our decision and we would have not purchased for them if they had been honest. I contacted Brio after the first few months of bills where they were not consistent with what we were told. The manager said they would send someone out to check the system and after several weeks of me having to call and find out when they would come check, I gave up. I do not trust them nor would I advise purchasing from them.
