We are really happy for the customer service provided by the company. Typically I do not write reviews but I prefer to write the review as this is one of the big investment for individuals.<br /><br />From start to the end of installation, this company and their employee provided excellent support at each and every step. The installation crew did excellent job and I couldn't see any wiring pipes on roof. The Sales rep( Bryan Hacker) and the installation crew are very knowledgeable and they know what they are doing. I had talked to the rep of other companies (sorry I will not disclose the name of compnies) and I really appreciate that Bryan is more knowledgeable than the other rep.<br /><br />He is very prompt in responding for any questions ASAP. I have also attended the free seminar offered at their facility. See the website for the registration date.<br /><br />Overall, the company is honest (which I like the most) and I will recommend to my friends.<br /><br />Recommendations to buyer:<br />I highly recommend to replace a roof before installation of panels.<br />I recommend to install Monocrystalline panels per my internet research.<br /><br />I am glad to have the business with the ‘Solar energy world'. <br /><br />Regards,<br />Sachin and Mona
