I had solar panels put on my house by RCC (Restart) Solar out of Upland. It was a great experience. Loved having the ability to see my readings daily. Unfortunately, that all stopped on September 2. I guess when they closed the Upland office, they stopped servicing the accounts there. At least they stopped servicing my house. <br /><br />Tried calling their customer service number and NEVER got a live person. Coulldn't get anyone to call. Finally, I got an email from the Marketing Director who promised I would be taken care of. WRONG! In another email she said that someone would call me buy 6PM that day. DIDN"T HAPPEN. I left messages more messages, sent more emails. NOTHING.<br /><br />As of now, almost 3 months since our software on the app FAILED, we still have no resolution to this. I doubt we ever will. I also doubt this message will ever see the light of day as its "approved" before it is made public and matched the other 5 Star ratings. So, this is also going on Facebook, Yelp, and other places.<br /><br />I gave it a 2 star rating only because of the professionalism and service we received from RCC. As for Restart, I would have given a negative number if at all possible. They had ample opportunity to fix this and they either don't care about customer service or there are so many complaints, they don't have enough manpower to handle the workload. In any case, they will not get a good rating from me until this is fixed.
