Our experience with Auric was initially beset with delays, poor communication and some errors. However, after discussions with upper managers from Auric, we were able to continue working with them. They were able to find some mistakes and identified internal solutions to these errors to prevent them from occurring again, either to us or other customers.<br /><br />They were also very thorough once the project started to continually follow-up and compensated for the delays and errors with some improved products and pricing quotes.<br /><br />Overall, we were very satisfied with Auric and their work. Their willingness to admit fault was refreshing and ability to find and offer good and fair solutions was ideal. We recommend working with Auric and look forward to continue working with them.
