The installers on my system were great. We had a few setbacks because part of the delivery arrived a bit late and the person who did my site survey was a bit off in measurements. This required me to move some modules to a different roof plane. My roof was also fairly difficult to install on because my roof planes are small and we had to use 4 different planes. Despite a few setbacks, the installers were great. They were so nice and made sure to get the job done. Even after it was getting dark, they kept working to make sure they finished everything in 1 day. They explained how to use my inverter and shut the system on and off. I'm really happy with the work they did and super excited to start getting power from my modules!

I didn't leave stars on the sales process or advice because I worked directly through employees of the company I knew instead of a sales rep. I have no reason to believe a sales representative would not have given me great service as well.

In the interest of full disclosure, I would like to disclose that I am an employee of Blue Raven Solar. I did purchase a system through Blue Raven using one of their finance partners and had it installed on my home.
