We are so dissapointed in Trinity Solar; when we had the panels installed in 2010 we were assured by the sales person that if it was necessary to replace the roof they would remove the panels for the installation. In 2014 we started having leaks and called to see when they could remove the panels so we could correlate with the roofer. They always texted that they would get back to us but never did. Now, we have mold and have not been able to have the roof replaced. the last time I wrote to them was in 2015, but never heard back. Also, we allowed them to collect a good portion of the SRECs when we began when they were at a premium; some thanks.
