Disappointed in installation

So disappointed in the look of the installation and the customer service afterwards. The installer ran into a glitch and rather than discussing it with us he laid all of the conduit on the outside of the roof, it should have been put in the attic. <br /><br />Rather than having a nice professional looking installation it now looks like crap! No one ever returned our calls about the situation, and it was not until the fourth call wanting us to sign off on the installation did we even get a person to try and find out what happened. All they had to say was there was an obstruction so the installer had to do it that way. <br /><br />There was no real intent on their part in trying to do anything about it.

I am sorry about your disappointment with the exterior conduit, it’s not something we prefer either. If there is a way for us to run interior conduit, we do. <br /> <br />On your home, we could not run the conduit in the attic, which we have discussed with you. It sounds like we have could have been better about communicating, and I have passed this along to our support team as feedback.
