I met Steve at a home show in the spring and was impressed with his knowledge of the solar industry and didn't feel pressured in the least to set up an appointment to discuss our specific requirements. Glenn spent a couple hours with us on the initial visit to go through the numbers and the installation process and answered all my questions. I'd researched several solar installers in the ABQ area before meeting with Glenn so I had a basic knowledge going in but Glenn was able to ease my angst of going through with the installation (it IS a lot of money!) - I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Ron and his crew were fantastic getting everything installed and coordinating with PNM - all very painless from my end and I look forward to seeing the savings each month in our PNM bill. Overall, I'm extremely impressed with the knowledge, professionalism, and obvious commitment to customer service of everyone I dealt with from Poulin.
