October 23, 2017<br /><br />Dear Mr. Tunney,<br /><br />I wanted to let you know what a wonderful experience we had working with American Sentry Solar. From the very first interaction, when we met Jake, until the last when the installation was complete the entire process was easy and uncomplicated. We appreciated that everything was done for us, the permits, inspections, financing, making sure that we have all of the paperwork needed for our taxes, running all of the electrical work and getting BGE to switch out our meter.<br /> <br />One thing that I really liked, was that it was the same people coming into our home throughout the process: Jake who told us about the products, financing, and how the installation process would go; Ponch and Louis the electricians, Eric the roof measurer and Matt the foreman. The entire team had the project complete in three days, and did a great job of cleaning up, leaving the place exactly as they found it. Matt was great at promptly and thoroughly answering questions by both phone and email.<br /><br />We have had neighbors asking us about our experience, and we happily sing your praises.
