The end-to-end process of working with A&R Solar was a breeze. It started with Damien, who is a knowledgeable, no-pressure consultant who provided the information we needed and then let us make our decision on our own time. A&R was upfront about the install dates, and after signing the papers we were kept in the loop the entire way, so there were no surprises. Questions over e-mail were answered promptly, and everybody we worked with was, without exception, friendly, helpful, and interested in our satisfaction.<br /><br />When there was a brief delay on our install date, we were promptly informed and did not feel let down. After the panels were installed, our project manager, who had been in an accident, did not get our paperwork to SnoPud submitted immediately, and he was upfront about it, apologized, and credited our account with the credits we had missed with the utility. Awesome customer service!
