Would it be possible to leave a review worthy of the excellent work done by Mass Renewables? Probably not, but I'll give it my best shot anyway. From the our first point of contact with the company, every employee has been extremely friendly, communicative, and, most importantly, knowledgeable about the solar installation process. Never once did my wife or I feel as though our home was just one in a long line of projects for Mass Renewables; every time we had a question, regardless of whether it was about financing, hardware, or warranties, we received prompt and informative responses. If you can't yet tell, the staff at Mass Renewables is dedicated to providing superior customer service.<br />That all being said, such top-rate customer service wouldn't be worth much without quality hardware to back it up. Here again, Mass Renewables doesn't just provide, they shine (pun intended). During the initial negotiations, Mass Renewables offered a bevy of solar panel options to us. With so much jargon involved, they could easily have steered us to their most expensive model; instead, they helped us sort through all the statistics and create a system that would meet the needs of our little family. Now that panels have been active for several months, I can also report that we're generating electricity at just the clip Mass Renewables estimated.<br />In sum, to the Mass Renewables staff, bravo on all your hard work. I, for one, greatly appreciate the care you've shown us. To my fellow Central Mass community members who may be considering joining the solar family: do yourself a favor and call Mass Renewables first. It'll be the only call you make, I promise.
