We contacted John Black after carefully reviewing the posts on Solarreviews.com. Since solar is a large, upfront cost, we had questions: lots of questions and John Black is very knowledgable and responsive. When it came time to have our panels installed John and his crew showed up when they said, did the work as agreed and were the ultimate professionals. We could not have had a more positive experience! Some of our neighbors regretted going with the "other guys" and wished they had chose Black Platinum. Thank you John and your crew for doing such an excellent job!
