25 years warranty? Wind resistant? We have the Heliocol panels installed about 2 years ago and already the second leakage (the first was fixed by Solarpro without fuss). We had solar strip matting installed before, which lasted for more than 14 years without a problem. I was confident the supplier will fix the leakage. However, the repairer quoted A$120 outcall fees and A$40 for every 15 minutes. Then I realised that the warranty applies only on parts and hence, the repairer wants to charge for the repair.<br />It appears that the joins from the small pipes to the large pipes are prone to become lose (probably when wind moves the panels). This seems to be a manufacturer design problem. The panels seem not fit for purpose (to fail after such a short time). Although it may be small repair job, this is unacceptable.
