As a NABCEP Certified PV Installation Professionalâ„¢, and a professional engineer specializing in PV Systems Technology, I have had the pleasure of designing with a wide variety of products produced by many different manufacturers. SolarEdge has become one of my very favorite manufacturers. Their products are industry leading, but most importantly, if I (or one of my clients) has a question - no matter how mundane - the SolarEdge support team has consistently provide thorough answers with professional courtesy. They respond to phone calls or email requests quickly (normally within a few hours). Their website is easy to navigate and very complete. As the technology in this industry continues to progress (and offer an infinite variety of combinations), having a manufacturer who places customer support above all else, is extremely valuable for success.
