From the start working with Joan (sales) and her answering my questions, to working with Tim Nelson regarding the install, these guys proved to be pros! No high pressure - only factual information in a timely manner. I have recommended them multiple times since my install. Even needed political followup info was provided, keeping me in the loop as far as new legislation. System looks great & works great. Nice to purchase something of this magnitude and feel this good about my experience.
