The sales process was well organized and well explained. The sales rep was knowledgeable and answered most of our questions right away. Those he could not answer he got clarification on immediately. The paperwork process was mainly on line but very well organized and clear. The installation team was very courteous and professional and efficient. Did a great job and were personable, polite and friendly. We were very pleased with the final result. The only difficulty we experienced was That the installation could not be completed on the initial scheduled day because some materials had not been forwarded for the installation team. Had to reschedule for a couple of weeks later but that was not a problem for us.
