Once our decision was made to have Carolina Energy Conservation install our rooftop solar system, there was absolutely not a single bump in the road. Right from the beginning after sitting down with Solar PV Sales Specialist, Jason R. I was sold on purchasing a solar system. He explained every phase of the program. After signing the contract I was handed off to Operation Manager, Fred B. who kept me informed during every step of the project. My system was installed in 3 days; I can only praise the installers, John, Eddie, Matt, and electrician George. At the end of every day all work areas are cleaned up. They even went out of their way to remove a few wasp nests on my home. Every one of them were very courteous always addressing me in a professional manner buy completing any conversation by “Yes Sir†They work with and coordinate with the County (permits, Inspection) and with the electric facility (state rules/laws, inspections, change-out of meter) for a smooth transition.
