I talked to at least half a dozen solar installer before deciding on Baker. Eric, the sale rep, was knowledgeable, courteous, and responsive. He is a big reason why I decided on Baker. After agreeing to move forward, the team at Baker were professional and dependable. The one hiccup and surprise is the requirement to do a roof underlayment reset in order for the roof penetration warranty to be effected. That increased my cost by another 35%, which I didn't expect and wasn't planning on it.
