Just had my solar installed yesterday but not yet "turned on". Everyone to date has been great to work with. My sales rep, Stacy was friendly, knowledgeable, and so far I believe she was honest (crazy right?? An honest sales rep is unheard of) lol. The delivery driver was here on time if not a bit early and was friendly. The area supervisor, Allen showed up to walk me through the process and answer any questions. Again he was friendly and knowledgeable. Larry, installation crew supervisor and his crew were on their game!! 32 panels, a couple new gadgets on the side of the house, 2 new Ecobee Thermostats, and 30 LED bulbs all delivered, mounted, wired, and tested before 3pm. Larry taught me how to use these smart thermostats, connected them to my wireless system, and paired them with my phone (thank god because I am definitely not very technologically minded). They cleaned up nicely like they were never here. Very satisfied so far. Now to get this darn electric bill eliminated!!
