Everything was explained so thoroughly and all questions answered before install. They made sure we were in the know throughout the process. We felt the salesman was genuine and patient with us and there was absolutely no pressure to buy. We were worried the tax credit wouldn't end up being as much as they told us but it was exactly what we were told. These guys are the best!
