No Remote Access

When I started reviewing online the highest rated Solar Company, I was sent to Sungevity. As we began the process and had just signed the contract we were not told, but sent information about the company going through bankruptcy. I called concerned because I thought that it might disrupt the timing of my install or even the financing. I was assured it would not. This was true. Our install went off without a hitch. However once the system was up and running, we did not have access to the remote data that gave us our outputs and how much energy we were using. We were told the panel that reports the usage data are from Sungevity and have not been approved to send that information to Solar Spectrum and me as a customer. I was told on the phone that was a couple of weeks away. It has now been 2 months with no updates. I have called and sent emails to my account rep and her supervisor with no response. I tried calling the main line and no one answers. Very concerning. It's difficult to take the data from the panel itself and record that information without standing out in the sun for a lengthy time and try and read the screen that has a glare from the sun. Very disappointed in their lack of communication or to fix these issues. Get me a panel that I can use!
