Overall experience was great. Dewey was knowledgeable and accessible for additional questions that came up. Concerns were addressed. References were made available. Contract signing was done online and couldn't be simpler. It took some time for the permits to be issued but that was expected. The installers were great despite the brutal heat of July on a hot roof. They explained exactly what they were doing, worked with me to locate the inverter in a good spot in the garage, and ran the conduit as inconspicuously as possible along the outside of the house. System was up and running shortly thereafter. No complaints here. Happy customer.
