We have always been big believers in leveraging renewable energy and especially solar. We had heard radio adverts about solar installations by American Sentry Solar but always thought that the decision was very far from our reach. We never had a budget and it wasn't anywhere in our short term financial needs either.<br /><br />One day, a sponsored Solar advert popped up on my Facebook feed about a program that Maryland was giving to qualifying families and that's how we renewed my solar installation plan. The website gave 4 participating companies and that each would call me to see if we qualified.<br /><br />One of the 4 companies called and told me that we didn't qualify for the program, 2 called and as I later found out one did business with another and I somehow felt conflicted choosing one or the other since one had called first and talked the process over with me and offered to install solar free for a minimal monthly fee (The number was so precise, it scared me). <br /><br />Lastly, American Sentry Solar called and told us they would help us instal a system that we would own. The cost though was prohibitive and we almost gave up on the solar, seeing that it wasn't anywhere in our short term financial goals. The Associate that visited our house gave a number of financing options that made the decision easier for us. Remembering how high our electrical bill went every winter season was reason enough for us to lock-in a monthly cost that would be stabilized by our solar units.<br /><br />The process henceforth took about 2 months and at some point we thought that the plan had aborted. In hindsight after the seamless approval, installation and commissioning of our system we appreciated the fact that American Sentry Solar did all the hard work without much involvement from us. To our amazement, the installation was completed in one day. <br /><br />We are very excited and satisfied clients because we know for sure installing solar was a worthwhile investment and thank the American Sentry Solar team for helping us through it all. We love the online system that monitors and records the daily production by our panels. We so love everything about our solar project. We are excited about the possibility of seeing a much lower bill between December-March each year. Thanks again. Raymond & Brenda
