I did my research. I'm glad I waited. I almost went with another company, but just before I signed the papers they showed their true colors and became really pushy. I came across American Sentry Solar by reference when I had my home assessed for energy consumption. They were professional from consultation, to financing and on through the installation. There were some time gaps in communication, but they were always on point when they called and let me know exactly where we were in the process. The professionalism isn't just in the sales pitch. The installation guys have a very hard job but you could tell that a lot of them really enjoy what they're doing. It was very hot, but they all really maintained a high level of energy and seeing things though. They all also had a great sense of humor. They answered my dumb questions. They broke everything down for me. When there were issues, they assessed it, figured out the best course of action and executed it all in a very timely manner. I have 44 panels and it still only took 1.5 days to install. I'm still in the process where it hasn't been officially turned on yet, but I'm very excited. Larry already showed me how the app works and looks on his phone during the activation. I can't wait to see how much this system saves me. There was only 1 small mishap, but they've assured me the extra holes they had to cut will be patched and painted. I'm confident in their commitment to the customers happiness.
