After contemplating solar for years I finally made the plunge and had a system installed this spring. After speaking with several companies, I elected to go with Boston Solar and could not be happier with my choice. Bill was absolutely fantastic. He spent hours with me reviewing our home's energy needs, not only explaining the benefits of solar but other ways we could reduce our power usage to further save on our electricity costs. The install was a breeze. The gentlemen were professional, showed up each day on time (really appreciated with my work and kid's schedules!) and they did a great job cleaning up the yard afterwards. After install, Tom Sheridan spent more than an hour reviewing the system's components, warrantees, SREC plan and getting us online. I can also comment on post install service as one of the panels was not producing power after activation. Boston Solar discovered this at the time of Tom's visit and sent a service tech out within 48 hours to rectify the issue. Tremendous! The system has been up and running for a month now and we couldn't be more pleased with our choice to have Boston Solar help us transition to solar power.
