Extremely poor customer service. Check Vivint at BBB before you make a bad decision like I did. Biggest scam on the planet. I received a $3300 end of year true-up bill from PGE including paying vivint monthly. You will save no money and will be looking for an attorney!!<br />Do your research before you commit!
