Auric was rated highly nationally in an on-line search that I did before I contacted them. They had the roof evaluated and it didn't need to be replaced, even though it is 19 years old (30 year shingles). They installed the 17 solar panels in one day. The conduit that they had to use because of scissor beams in our bedroom, was painted in exactly the same color as the house. There are no leaks after 3 months and even after a 70 mph wind when we were out of town, all is well. They secured all the permits, contacted all companies involved, secured the city inspection, and they gave us the paper work for the state and federal taxes.They gave us a check for the utility bill that went up after installation and before the net meter was installed. They always got back to us in a timely manner on all contacts. None of our appliances or air conditioners were affected by the switch, even though they are 19 years old, so the micro inverters work very well, also. We plan to pay off the loan they secured before the 18 months of no payments expire with the 30% federal tax credit, the $2000 state refund,and our own eskrow that was set up for our house. It feels good to contribute to the clean air movement in the city, to push power to our neighborhood, and it is great to get a $9 utility bill when the air conditioners are running almost all day.
