No service on warranty

Can you give 0 stars? Originally called 8 months ago for repairs for our solar panels which were under full warranty. Have called 6 times since. I have been apologized to, told I was next in line for repairs, told I would be reimbursed for lost energy, etc. etc. Nothing has ever been done. If they promise you a warranty, know that this is a lie. If your panels have problems, which they inevitably will, you are on your own. What a rip-off.

I am sorry for you dissatisfaction, though I think there may be a misunderstanding. It is very unusual that panels would have problems, so I am wondering if you are contacting the right company. You may be contacting the panel manufacturer and not us (the installer).

Typically we see issues that pop up from time to time with the inverters, but can work to fix that relatively quickly.

If you have concerns with your system you can email me at colin.gload@directenergysolar.com and I will be more than happy to escalate the issue immediately for you.

Chris,

As noted in the email to you. Your system was actually fixed at the end of May soon after you contacted us. Our team is usually in and out pretty quick, so you may not have noticed the fix. If you log in to your monitoring app, you will see that the system has been fully operational during that time.

Colin Gload
